Tips to get the most from your practice:
1.  If it hurts, don't do it.
2.  Practice on an empty stomach.
3.  Don't sacrifice your breath for a posture.
4.  Drink lots of water after class to help flush out toxins.
5.  Love your body exactly where it is today!



Bringing Your Practice to Life
"Yoga" comes from the Sanskrit root "yuj," meaning yoke, or union.  Living Yoga is a studio and organization that believes that yoga is more than what we do on the mat.  As we learn to honor ourselves on the mat, we naturally and gradually begin to honor ourselves in more and more aspects of our lives.   It helps us to be in alignment with ourselves, live our truth and recognize that we are already unavoidably and beautifully united with all that is.
